Calvin College announced today that President George W. Bush will speak at the college's commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 21, 2005. The event is scheduled to take place at 3:00pm in Calvin Fieldhouse. According to Calvin President, Gaylen Byker, "The presence of President Bush will certainly make this a Commencement that students, parents and the Calvin community will remember for years to come." While nothing has been announced at this early date, information on any planned protests will be made available as soon as Media Mouse hears about it.
