40 Central American environmental, natural resource, and agricultural organizations opposing CAFTA because of its environmental impacts released letters to Congress yesterday in conjunction with the Central American presidents' visit to Capitol Hill. The first letter addresses broad concerns about CAFTA's agricultural, investment and intellectual property provisions. The second letter addresses the environment chapter specifically.
