Colin Powell puts on Hardhat and Sings Village People Song

While in Indonesia Colin Powell found it necessary to put on a hardhat and sing "YMCA" by the village people. Maybe he was jealous of John Ashcroft who also has a fondness for singing in public. The video of Colin's performance can be downloaded here.
