CAFTA Finally Receives Mainstream Press Attention

After months of receiving little attention in the mainstream press, many of the top national newspapers have provided coverage of CAFTA in response to President Bush's meeting with the Presidents of the CAFTA countries on Wednesday. While the articles by no means offer a comprehensive view of the arguments for and against CAFTA, the fact that the press is no longer able to ignore CAFTA is indicative of the trouble the agreement is facing in Congress.
