Petition: Bring Democracy Now! to Grand Rapids

I want to see the community radio station 88.1FM, WYCE and the local PBS affiliate, WGVU, run Democracy Now! 5 days a week between 7:00am and 10:00pm. We feel that the non-partisan journalism of Democracy Now! is a needed source of investigative journalism that the community of West Michigan would benefit from. We want a commitment from both stations by September 1 of 2008 to begin broadcasting this program no later than November 1, 2008. I also pledge to make a financial contribution to these stations once they begin air Democracy Now! in the amount designated below.
