WZZM Newsreader – Alticor is announcing it’s I am Amway advertising campaign. The ads start running statewide tonight and are aimed at protecting the companies image from collateral damage in recent political debates.

Rob Zeiger (Amway CEO) – It’s the difference between a couple months ago going to a BBQ and being asked what is Dick DeVos like, to, in recent weeks going to the BBQ and having your friends ask you is your company really that bad? We think that is the way the debate has turned and we’re a little tired of it.

Newsreader – Alticor sees the ads as a way for their voices to be heard. The two spots feature employee’s from a wide array of fields and occupations within the company.
