2006 Michigan Election Results for Statewide and Grand Rapids Area Races

DeVos was, not surprisingly, soundly defeated, but the outrage of the night is without a doubt the passage of the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative (Proposal 2) that bans affirmative action programs in Michigan. Media Mouse will have more coverage of that ban later today as well as announcements of any organizing in response to the passage of Proposal 2.
