About the Images
The images used in the header of this website were created by the Beehive Design Collective. During the Spring of 2002 members of the Beehive Collective spent time in Equador and Colombia discussing the issue of colonialism in the Andean Region with local organizers, specifically discussing how Plan Colombia continues this tradition of colonialism. Out of these meetings, the Beehive Collective created a popular education graphics campaign focusing on Plan Colombia. The images used on the site come from the narrative poster that was created for the campaign.
