United for Peace and Justice told a judge yesterday that it will not use the previously agreed upon West Side Highway location for their rally regardless of whether they get a permit of Central Park or not. This is the latest in the legal saga between UFPAJ and Mayor Bloomberg, who refuses to grant UFPJ a permit for a rally in Central Park.
