Other independent media reports coming from the Twin Cities area indicate that that law enforcement equipped with riot gear, Humvees, SWAT team back-up and even police boats is viciously and illegally using pepper spray, tear gas, rubber bullets, concussion grenades and raw brutality against hundreds of protesters throughout the area and detaining hundreds more without probable cause.
