In an interview Obama said this will be the biggest change to our financial system since &quot;following&quot; the Great Depression.

First off, he loves referring to the Great Depression in relation to our current recession any chance he gets.

Second, the major changes made previous where during and after the Great Depression, and many of them helped to extend it.

I guess he doesn&#039;t want to learn from our history, instead he would choose to repeat it.
