09/23/03 - Bush Heads to the UN and more on Cheney's Lies

President Bush is heading to the United Nations today for an annual address, and according to mainstream press reports, he plans to make no apologies for the United States action against Iraq, while his speech will be defiant on the whole. As a possible preview, he stated yesterday in a Fox News interview that "at least somebody stood up" and delivered on the demands of UN Resolution 1441. Will this speech be the death of any new resolution in the UN on sending troops Iraq?
