Military Recruiting: Grand Rapids Public Schools Opt Out Form
The Grand Rapids Public Schools provides names, address and telephone numbers of high school students to the military recruiters unless students or parents request that this information not be release. In order for a request to be valid, it must be submitted as a written request to Community & Student Services within 30 days of the start of school.
